DigiBAR is an electronic measuring instrument designed and produced to take measurements of glazing beads.

DigiBAR is made with an light weight aluminium profile on which slides a plastic cursor containing all the electronics and rechargeable batteries.

DigiBAR can take measurements from 140mm to 1600mm with the accuracy of 0.1mm and by easily installing the extension bar can measure up to 3000mm.

The electronic control unit is equipped with an absolute magnetic measuring system ( no need zero setting), an advanced radio interface and internal memory, measurements can be stored on board or sent to the electronic length stop DigiSTOP or to any other DigiFAMILY device.

The battery lasts up to at least 8/9 consecutive hours, to recharge DigiBAR simply insert it into the DigiCHARGER docking station (option) or connect the appropriate power supply to the cursor without removing the batteries DigiBAR has been upgraded and improved during the last 10 years of production, now there is a big handle with a strong push button on both sides of it, to be comfortably operated from left and right handed people, there is the possibility to recharge DigiBAR during the working cycle while it is placed on the DigiCHARGER (to suit the 24 hours shift). The radio interface has been updated to the latest technologies. The extension bar has been modified to be snap fitted easily and without use of any tools. The software has been updated to be faster and following the hints given by our customers.

Special Features for Out of Square

• With a special set of blocks designed to be inserted in the vertex of the window with every angle it' easy to find the real length required of the bead.
